The hotel is located in a charming town, with lots of cute shops and bars around. The rooms were clean and warm, perfect for a cozy Christmas stay. The breakfast had a good variety of items, including pastries and hot drinks.
The service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist with any requests.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel near a beautiful park, just 10 minutes away from the town center. the room was basic but had everything I needed, with 2 shuttered windows overlooking scenic gardens. the staff made me feel at home and were very welcoming. the breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. the location was perfect for visiting tourist attractions, such as the Leaning Tower and Florence.
The evening meals in the hotel were very basic.
